This unit was purchased for the bakery and never placed in operation due to the pandemic shutdown.  The decision was made to continue with online sales and not open to the public, so the unit is no longer needed.  All photos were taken recently and the unit was plugged in and tested operational, down to low 40 degree holding temperature.
This unit requires freight shipment unless picked up.
