This listing is for a good used Kennametal K-Lock type toolholder with an installed .375" cutting diameter K-Lock insert.
This has a 1-1/4" wide shank. Shank height has been milled down to 15/16" height.  6" OAL.
Please see photos showing milling that's been nicely done on the holder.
