    Description

    Up for sale is a Kennametal NVLPR-123B carbide cutting/turning bit holder.   The box is open but the tool appears to be unused.  Its possible it was opened to acid etch the company name but i see no physical signs of use.
    It comes with (2) carbide inserts installed.
