Fortuna Type KM; K4-1915; 4 Pocket Dough Divider/Rounder – Completely Rebuilt
Manufacture Date 2003; 220 Volts, 3 Phase, 60 Hz, 16Amps.
Dough scale 40-120 Grams. Output - 4,800 dough balls per Hour.
Condition:
We completely rebuilt the machine. New electrical wiring, new controls, new limit switches.
We replaced all the bearings (including motor bearings).
Many new Fortuna OEM parts. New casters.
Teflon on all the Teflon coated parts was removed and new Teflon was applied.
New OEM Fortuna belts will be installed prior the pick-up.
Machine comes with 30 days warranty on labor and parts for local customer (local - Los Angeles Area).
