Commercial Restaurant Exhaust Hood Fire-Suppression Blower fan Air intake system. This is a full system for a functioning kitchen. The Hood measures 11ft x 4ft. The fire suppression tank and parts of the piping/nozzles for the fire suppression are included. Also included is a fairly new blower fan (mushroom) along with the air induction box that were both removed from the roof. This is a full system; all it requires is the duct work to connect the hood to the blower (4ft x 4ft x 5ft) and air intake box (4ft x 3ft x 4ft). The system was installed in 2019 and saw minimal use during the pandemic in nyc. Now the restaurant has closed and we've liquidated a number of items. This is the largest expense for any resturant.
