1) This set contains a set of 5 small wheels. It consists of 5 popular diameters: 1/2", 5/8", 3/4", 7/8" & 1". The small wheels are made from 1018 steel, durable enough to grind finger grooves precisely
2) The holder is made out of heavy duty steel instead of aluminum for professional level reliability and durability, with a durable powder coating for rust and corrosion resistance, prevent from wear out when the small wheels are continually removed & inserted
3) Simply bolts directly onto a blade maker tooling arm. (The tooling arm is pre-tapped for it). Clip the small wheels right into place in the front of the attachment. Wrap your 2x72 belt around. Adjust the tensioner and you’re off and running
4) If you're not satisfied with the tool, simply return for a full refund in 60 days or get a replacement during 1Years' warranty via our customer service.
5) Steel small wheel holder is compatible with 2x72’’ belt grinders. Fits most belt sanders. 5 different sized small wheels help grind all the small areas and contours efficiently. Create different great bevels. A must have item for knife makers
PLEASE NOTE: As with all small wheels it is important not to spin these too fast, the bearings are too small to handle high rpm’s. (It should not exceed 2000 cycles)
