Unit was installed as a temporary hot water supply for about a year in a commercial building.
Unit is complete and in running condition.
Unit does have very light scratches on the horizontal surface just above control.
All sheet metal is in good shape.
Included with purchase. J48 natural gas regulator.
Used but like new pressure relief valve
Unit will be shrink wrapped and banded for shipping.
